| OUR PRODUCTION TEAM Account Executive: Your Account Executive is available to walk you through the Broker Application and Loan Application processes. The Account Executive can also assist in answering any rate products or underwriting questions. Underwriting Team: A member(s) of our experienced Underwriting Team will be assigned to give your application the highest priority. The Underwriter will analyze your client’s loan request keeping you clearly informed of any stipulations and working through any issues. The Underwriter’s goal is to get you an approved loan decision in the shortest possible time frame. Closing Team: A dedicated closing team will be assigned to your approved loans. Our highly experienced closers will work with you to get an accurate closing package to your Settlement Agent, within 48 hours of request. |
