Once you have completed the Broker Application Process and have received confirmation of your approval as a PNC Bank Home Equity Partners Mortgage Broker you may begin to offer your client the following PNC Home Equity Loan Products. Each of the products listed may be used in the following scenarios unless noted:

        Piggyback – Lien position must be 2nd.
        Purchase Money Second – Lien position must be 2nd
        Standalone - Lien position may be 1st, 2nd or 3rd (if behind PNC 2nd).


Fixed Rate Loan
 
Loan Amount $10,000 to $1,000,000
Investment Property loan amounts are capped at $250,000 if not in a 1st lien position
CLTV Capped at 100%
Investment Property and loan amounts between $500,000 and $1,000,000 are capped at 90%
Terms 5 to 30 years
Collateral Single Family Dwelling, 1- 4 Unit Family Dwelling
Townhouses, Condominiums, Investment Property,
Second Homes
Rate Type Fixed Rate

HELOC - Home Equity Line of Credit (I/O & P&I)
 
Loan Amount $10,000 to $1,000,000
Investment Property loan amounts are capped at $250,000 if not in a 1st lien position
CLTV Capped at 100%
Investment Property and loan amounts between $500,000 and $1,000,000 are capped at 90%
Terms Open Ended with a 10 year draw period
Collateral Single Family Dwelling, 1- 4 Unit Family Dwelling

Rate Type Variable Rate

15/30 Balloon
 
Loan Amount $10,000 to $1,000,000
Investment Property loan amounts are capped at $250,000 if not in a 1st lien position

Terms 15/30 years (The 180th payment is the balloon)
